Video released of suspects in shooting that left man critically hurt in Astoria, Queens

ASTORIA, Queens (WABC) -- The NYPD has released video of the suspects in a shooting that left a man critically hurt in Queens.

Police say a man seen in red shorts had a gun that he gave to the other man in the video after they got into an argument with the victim on Steinway Street in Astoria early Sunday morning.

The second suspect opened fire, shooting the 23-year-old man in the neck.

The victim was in a car at the time.

The first individual is described as a male black, 20 to 30 years old, 5'10", 220 lbs; last seen wearing a white t-shirt and red shorts.

The second individual is described as a male black, 20 to 20 years old, 5'10" to 6'00", 200 to 220 lbs; last seen wearing a light colored baseball cap, black t-shirt and dark colored pants.
