Skydriver suffers seizure moments after jumping from plane
Rob Nelson has the story.

An incredible mid-air rescue was all caught on camera, and the video is going viral.

It happened when a sky-diver fell unconscious, suffering a seizure moments after jumping from the plane.

But thanks to his quick-thinking instructor, he landed safely.

Twenty-two-year-old Christopher Jones, training to become a skydive instructor, jumped from 12,000 feet over western Australia.

At 9,000 feet, Jones suddenly fell unconscious from the seizure.

For 30 terrifying seconds, Jones plummeted toward earth at 124 miles per hour.

He was visibly convulsing, spinning out of control and falling further and further away from instructor Sheldon MacFarlane.

But at 4,000 feet, in mid-air, MacFarlane was able to reach Jones and pull his ripcord, releasing his parachute.

Jones was then able to guide himself to a safe landing.

Video of the dramatic dive from last November has been viewed more than 3 million times as of Monday morning.
