Woman battling terminal breast cancer gets dream wedding

CHICAGO, Illinois -- An Illinois woman battling terminal breast cancer got her dream wedding, thanks to a national non-profit organization.

Wish Upon A Wedding granted its 100th wish to Anne Carmean and Jon Harnish of Rockford.

The couple got married Sunday afternoon at the Radisson hotel.

They met online in 2008 after Anne had undergone a mastectomy to treat her breast cancer.

Wish Upon A Wedding gives free weddings and vow renewals to couples facing serious illnesses across the country.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
