Woman in Williamsbridge apartment shot to death

WILLIAMSBRIDGE, Bronx (WABC) -- A woman was fatally shot in her Bronx home Wednesday morning.

The 32-year-old woman was shot in the head inside her White Plains Road home just before 7 a.m.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives were looking for a suspect, who they described as a man in his 30s.

He fled on foot.
