Woman fatally struck by car in Woodhaven, Queens

WOODHAVEN, Queens (WABC) -- A pedestrian was fatally struck in the Woodhaven section of Queens Thursday.

It happened on Woodhaven Boulevard at Jamaica Avenue just before 6 a.m.

The woman was taken to Jamaica Medical Center in critical condition where she later died.

The vehicle involved in the crash remained at the scene.
