North Carolina sheriff's office needs help naming new K-9 officer

EDGECOMBE COUNTY, North Carolina -- The Edgecombe County Sheriff's Office welcomed a new K-9 officer, and now, deputies need your help to name her.

On Saturday, officials introduced the adorable member of the force on Facebook.

Once trained, the young female bloodhound will be used for tracking.

Those interested are encouraged to leave their name suggestions on Facebook.
