Black bear spotted in New City

NEW CITY, N.Y. (WABC) -- There's new video of a black bear that has been frightening homeowners in Rockland County.

The Clarkstown Police Department says the video was taken in the area of Woodland and Little Tor roads in New City at around 2 Friday afternoon.

Several homeowners in New City contacted police also after spotting the bear.

There was another sighting in north New City after the video was taken.
