Pet store owner responds after puppies found in van
Toni Yates has the latest on a Paramus pet store owner under fire after dozens of puppies were found in a van outside the store.

PARAMUS, New Jersey (WABC) -- A pet store owner in New Jersey has been indicted on 134 counts of animal cruelty.

Vincent Losacco, the owner of "Just Pups" pet store in Paramus is accused of keeping dozens of puppies in deplorable conditions.

Police say he left a van outside packed with puppies in near freezing temperatures.

There was no room inside the van for the puppies to even stand up.

Losacco's brother, who also worked at the store, is also charged.
