VIDEO: Cow runs loose on I-295 off-ramp

HAMILTON TWP., N.J. -- A cow was captured after running loose on an off-ramp from Interstate 295 in Hamilton Township, Mercer County.

The incident was reported around 8:30 a.m. at NB exit 60B.

Video fromAction News viewer Arcadio Rivera showed the cow running in the grassy median.

Moments later, video from Chopper 6 showed the cow surrounded by nearly a dozen police vehicles.

The cow was tied to a guard rail and, soon after, officers were seen struggling to load the cow into a truck.

There was no word on where this caw came from or how it got onto the road.
