Man throws cinder block at resaurant window in Newark over mask rules
A man threw a cinder block at a restaurant window in Newark following a dispute with workers about wearing a mask.

NEWARK, New Jersey (WABC) -- A man threw a cinder block at a restaurant window in Newark following a dispute with workers about wearing a mask.

The man is also accused of threatening to shoot an employee at Chicken Holiday on South Orange Ave, something which police are labeling a terroristic threat.

The incident happened last Sunday.

The suspect has not yet been identified.
