Woman caught on video stealing packages from Queens doorstep

HOLLIS, Queens (WABC) -- A brazen theft was caught on security video in Queens.

It shows a woman stealing a delivery from a home in Hollis in broad daylight.

The suspect walks up the front walkway, sits on the front stoop and then picks up the package and simply walks away.

It is believed she struck the same home twice, stealing more than $2,000 worth of merchandise in the delivered packages.

Police are investigating, and anyone with information is asked to call authorities.
