Search for violent pedophile in the Bronx

ST. MARY'S PARK, Bronx (WABC) -- Police are on the hunt for a violent pedophile in the Bronx.

Cops say the man punched a 14-year-old boy in the face and tried to kiss him.

It happened Tuesday morning in St. Mary's Park.

Police say the teen shoved the man away, but the suspect grabbed the boy's private parts and then ran off.

The teen chased after him, but the suspect got away.
