FDNY EMT, paramedic get engaged at Pride March
Joe Torres has the story of the engagement.

NEW YORK (WABC) -- She said yes!

Sunday's Pride March had special meaning for FDNY EMT Trudy Bermudez and paramedic Tayreen Bonilla - they got engaged!

Last year, Bermudez and Bonilla of Station 43 helped saved the life of Ken Taskent. Taskent, who was at a classic car event in Brooklyn when he had a seizure, stopped breathing and went into cardiac arrest.
