NEW YORK CITY (WABC) -- Charles Coleman Jr., a seasoned civil rights attorney and the founder of the EDGE movement, visited Eyewitness News Saturday morning.

Coleman, who also is the executive director of EDGE, said the movement sheds light on the need for more positive examples of manhood for young men.

EDGE is an acronym for Empower, Develop, Grow, Educate.

In the studio, Coleman was joined by EDGE scholars, Samba Soumare and Reginald Starke, who spoke about how the movement is helping them grow into productive citizens.
