Even if you were a master jump roper in your grade school days, chances are your skills don't match these Hong Kong rope skippers.

Four rope skippers set a world record in the double-dutch 4 x 45 seconds event, with 671.5 jumps in three minutes at the 2016 World Rope Skipping Championships in Malmo, Sweden. The previous record for the event was 603 jumps.

Here is the Chinese team pulling off their record-breaking rope display. Watch closely, because the teammates move so fast, it's hard to tell when their feet are hitting the ground.
