Ken Goodwin, 18, (above) of the Bronx, has been charged with murder in the second degree, three counts of felony assault and weapons charges.

Justin Fallu, 14, was fatally stabbed in the chest in September Pelham Parkway South and Barnes Avenue.

One eyewitness said at the time that the incident started with a rowdy house party in a ground floor apartment nearby. He called police around 1:30 a.m., and they came and quieted things down. But just after 3 a.m. the witness said things got worse.

"Everything in my apartment was shaking, people were running out of the apartment," he said. "Doors swinging back and forth, banging on the door and people running into the street. All were kids, all teenagers."

The chaos spilled in the street where a trail of blood stained the sidewalk for more than a block. Police said in the end, two other 18-year-olds were stabbed in the chest and a 17-year-old was also knifed in the shoulder along with Fallu. The other three survived.

"He worked with me, he helped me take out the garbage," said Victor Perez, the super in the building where the teen lived. "I would pay him a little money, he was a good kid."
