Twitter unveils new feature

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Walked away from Twitter? What if you missed something? Twitter has launched a new feature called "while you were away."

It sorts the best tweets and puts them at the top of your timeline if your account has been sitting idle.

Some people like the feature and others are worried it could interrupt the way they read tweets.

The feature was rolled out to iPhone users Thursday and will be coming soon for Android users.
