Man wakes up from dental procedure to find all of his teeth gone
The patient said he needed oxygen, because he still has blood clots from the botched procedure.

An Indiana man is going through what is a nightmare for so many people - he went to the dentist to have four teeth removed. When he woke up, all of his teeth were gone.

It got worse for Donny Grisby when he had to get rushed to the hospital. His wife says more than four hours into the procedure, she confronted the staff.

She learned the dentist had decided to pull all of her husband's teeth because of an infection they were afraid would spread.

He was unresponsive, and had to be revived in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. His wife Amanda said he had to be placed in a medically induced coma.

Grisby said he is using an oxygen tank now, because he still has blood clots from the botched procedure. He also says he plans on taking legal action.

"I am so ashamed now. I have no teeth," he said.

The office responded to one local report saying it cannot comment on specifics due to privacy, but says all patients understand the risk of procedures, and sign consent forms.
