NEW YORK (WABC) -- A group of demonstrators protesting the NFL's punishment against Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in the DeflateGate scandal handcuffed themselves together in the lobby of the NFL offices in New York City Tuesday.
The four protesters are with a Massachusetts-based sports blog Barstool Sports. They started their protest outside the building at 345 Park Avenue at around 2:30 p.m.
They then went inside, sat on the lobby floor, handcuffed themselves and demanded a meeting with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to discuss Brady's suspension.
The group was tweeting with the hashtag #FreeTomBrady. They were also broadcasting a live feed, which cut off as police were escorting them out of the building.
There is no immediate word on whether the group will be charged.
