Passenger on board plane spots drone while landing at LaGuardia Airport

NEW YORK (WABC) -- A passenger reported seeing a drone as their flight was landing at LaGuardia Airport.

The crew of American Airlines Flight 4125 reported that the passenger saw an unmanned aircraft as the Embraer E145 aircraft was approaching to land on Runway 22.

It happened at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The flight landed safely.

The FAA will investigate this incident.
