6 hurt when car accidentally crashes into laundromat on Staten Island
Kemberly Richardson has more on the crash from Tottenville.

TOTTENVILLE, Staten Island (WABC) -- Six people were injured, three seriously, when a driver crashed into a laundromat on Staten Island Sunday morning.

A 74-year-old man accidentally went into reverse while trying to park and slammed into the building on Page Avenue in the Tottenville section at about 8 a.m., authorities say.

Surveillance video shows the car backing up and crashing through into the laundromat.

EMS says the injured were taken to Staten Island University Hospital.

Three people suffered serious, non-life-threatening injuries. The other three suffered minor injuries.

No criminality is suspected in the accident.
