Video: Man lies on hood of car as it speeds down Florida highway

MIAMI, Florida (WABC) -- It was a bizarre and dangerous sight on a major highway in Miami.

A man was lying on the hood of a car as it was being driving down Interstate 95 at speeds up to 70 miles per hour.

A passenger in another car spotted the scene Sunday night and started shooting video.

The car and its extra passenger eventually exited the highway.
