Rain puts damper on final day of Memorial Day weekend at New Jersey and NYC beaches

BELMAR, New Jersey (WABC) -- Memorial Day marks the unofficial start to summer but the weather brought a mixed bag this weekend, and Monday's rain put a damper on the day at beaches in New York and New Jersey.
