VIDEO: Scaffold dangles off building in Jersey City

JERSEY CITY, New Jersey (WABC) -- Firefighters worked to secure a dangling scaffold in Jersey City on Monday afternoon.

A viewer posted video to Instagram of the scaffold swinging around in the air at 4:40 p.m. at 15 Exchange Place.

A car was nearly hit by the debris and there were people, including children, walking underneath at the time.

Fortunately, no one was injured.
