NYPD looking for man in Williamsburg who yelled racial slurs, hit man

WILLIAMSBURG, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police are looking for a suspect who attacked, then yelled racial slurs at a victim last month in Brooklyn.

Around 9 p.m. Dec. 14, a 36-year-old man was on Metropolitan Avenue at Marcy Avenue when the suspect got out of a grey Infinity FX35 SUV and approached him.

The suspect used a homophobic slur then hit the victim several times in the face and head. The victim fell down, and the suspect got back into the car and fled. The victim's face was cut and bruised, and he had a broken nose. He was taken to New York Presbyterian Hospital where he was treated and released.

The suspect was last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, a dark colored vest, and red and black checkered pants. The Infinity he was driving was a 2003 to 2009 model.
