Yonkers school district helps ease fears of kids riding school bus for 1st time

YONKERS, Westchester County (WABC) -- For a young child, riding a school bus can be daunting. So one school district is offering something new, a chance for students to test out the bus before classes start.

Pre-K through first-graders at Cross Hill Academy in Yonkers had a chance to hop on board a yellow school bus Thursday.
