'A Cerebral Affair' brings awareness to brain aneurysms in honor of Lisa Colagrossi, WABC reporter

CHELSEA, Manhattan (WABC) -- There was a special fundraiser in Manhattan Thursday night for the foundation named in honor of our former colleague and friend Lisa Colagrossi.

"A Cerebral Affair," hosted by The Lisa Colagrossi Foundation, was held at Chelsea Piers.

Prominent members of the brain aneurysm industry across the United States came together to raise awareness about the silent killer.

Lisa Colagrossi died suddenly of a brain aneurysm two years ago while working as a reporter for WABC.
