NJ Transit, Amtrak service resumes between New York and Philadelphia

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Rail service on the Northeast Corridor between New York and Philadelphia has resumed, Amtrak says.

Overhead power problems that halted train traffic has been restored.

Commuters on Amtrak and NJTransit trains should expect delays between New York and Philadelphia.

That's because of heavy rail congestion and speed restrictions.
