Officials have confirmed that an e-bike caused the fire in the basement of the building.

Flames broke out at around 6:30 a.m. Firefighters extinguished the fire within a few minutes.
Clouds of smoke flooded on to the street from the lowest floor of the building.
One person suffered a minor injury and another person suffered a serious non-life threatening injury, authorities said.
