NEW YORK (WABC) -- Boxing can be a great high-energy workout that not only burns calories, but also frustration. Now, two new studios that focus on boxing as a group activity are each offering their own unique twists.
Noah Neiman is the co-founder of Rumble, where as many as 60 people train at the same time. Half the room starts on strength training, while the other half boxes. And after a quick warm up, the gloves go on.

Then there's Olivia Young, who created Box and Flow as a way to combine her passions.
The class starts with a warm up of shadow boxing before a row of bags that includes time rounds of hitting solo and with partners. The class is 55 minutes, and the final 18 are devoted to a fast-paced yoga.
