PALISADES PARK, New Jersey (WABC) -- Police in New Jersey are asking residents to be on the lookout for a possible serial stalker.

A new sketch released by Palisades Park police on Wednesday shows the man they say is responsible for a break-in and several stalking incidents on June 18.

Investigators say the suspect broke into a woman's home on Fourth Street around 5 a.m., getting into her bed while she was sleeping and asking if he could spend the night.

He then fled the home after the woman, who was not injured, began screaming.

Two other women reported to police a similar looking suspect who followed them to their homes on Grand Avenue and Roosevelt Place. In total, authorities are now investigating at least four incidents and believe the same man is responsible. In fact, since they released the sketch, they have received more complaints.

All three women described the suspect as a white male in his 20s, approximately 5-foot-10.

Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
