Bricks fall from NYCHA building in the Bronx, striking motorcycle below

BRONX, New York (WABC) -- A motorcycle was damaged after bricks fell from a NYCHA building in the Bronx Wednesday.

The bricks fell from the 19th floor of the building at 1010 East 178th Street in West Farms, and crashed down on the ground below.

Fortunately, no one was injured, but the bricks damaged a motorcycle.

NYCHA said the location where the bricks fell had protective sheds and fencing installed.

They say they have staff on the scene assessing the damage.
