"It's not real. I feel like it's not real.," said Antoine's sister Eudayna Guichard.
The crash happened at the intersection of East 81st Street and Glenwood Road around 6 p.m. Saturday. Antoine was walking back from running an errand and was only two blocks from home when a Mercedes collided with another car. Accident investigators believe the Mercedes then spun out and fatally struck the 8th grader.
Officials say Rayan Salmon, 45, was arrested for driving without a license.
"If he was more careful -- just go at normal speed, my little brother would still be alive. He was two minutes from home," said Guichard.

Antoine's had a sweet smile and a gentle spirit. Eyewitness News is told he loved cooking and baking for others and was thinking about working in the medical field so he could take care of his family.
Neighbors say they could use another light or stop sign to slow down drivers.
The family has set up a GoFundMe to pay for funeral costs.
