9-year-old boy struck by L train while on subway platform in Brooklyn

EAST NEW YORK, Brooklyn (WABC) -- A 9-year-old boy was hospitalized after being struck by a subway train in Brooklyn Sunday.

It happened at about 1:10 p.m. at the Atlantic L train station at New York Avenue in East New York.



The boy was hit by an L train as it was entering the platform.

EMS responded and took him to Kings County Hospital with a non-critical injury.
