The owner, who lives in Oregon, says his cats have been riding in the car since they were kittens and walk on the hood for fun.
He says he only drives in empty parking lots while they're on the hood and he doesn't go more than a few miles per hour.
He also attaches them to a harness and reflective safety vests.
