Officials say flames broke out inside the building on 22nd Street at 20th Avenue, at around 6:15 a.m.
No injuries have been reported.
The three-story structure was fully engulfed in flames. Newscopter 7 flew over the scene as the blaze consumed the structure.
Authorities say firefighters battled the fire from the outside.
