The 42-year-old woman was pumping gas into her vehicle just before 11 a.m. at the 76 Gas Station on Glen Cove Road when another car pulled up next to her.
The woman, who asked to be identified as Cindy, admits she left the car running, but said she thought she had locked the doors.
The video shows a passenger in that other car got out, entered the victim's vehicle, and drove off.
The woman was holding onto the vehicle and was dragged several feet before letting go.
"I initially thought that my car was not in park and started to drive away so I tried to chase the car down and they ended up dragging me into Glen Cove Road," Cindy said.

She suffered cuts and bruises to her hands, wrists, and ankles.
"On my knee, I have a pretty big patch of road rash on here when I was dragged. It hurts and my ankle, I must've landed when I rolled off the car or something. It feels like I may have sprained it," Cindy said.
Detectives say the man stopped her vehicle near the intersection of Glen Cove Road and Glen Head Road, grabbed her belongings including a purse and laptop, and got back into the other car which then drove off.
"Since they knew that there wasn't a fob in the car, they turned around, they dropped it off over there. They took her purse, the laptop, all of her business stuff and they just abandoned the car," Cindy's husband, Steve said.
