There was no Yankee Clipper service to Saturday's Yankee Stadium game against the Kansas City Royals.
Contractors working for the New York State Department of Transportation have succeeded in removing a fascia girder from the bridge carrying the Bronx River Parkway over the Metro North railroad tracks and have re-opened one lane of the northbound Bronx River Parkway between Gun Hill Road and Nereid Avenue in the Bronx.
All lanes on the Bronx River Parkway are expected to re-open later Saturday.
