NEW JERSEY (WABC) -- For movie fans, the chance to look at memorabilia from a favorite film is an opportunity to remember.

Plus, it's a great chance to get up close and personal with "the stuff that dreams are made of."

Tucked away in New Jersey are some iconic hidden treasures.

One is the Buick driven by Denzel Washington in this year's "Fences." Another is the Lincoln in which Sonny Corleone got killed in "The Godfather."

A handful of cars have become stars that can draw as big a crowd as the celebrities who drive them, which is why Bill Warner gathered together some of the most famous star cars in Florida this past weekend.

"It gives the public a little something to see, a little something that they may have remembered from the past," Warner said.

Star cars seen at the show included the Roadmaster from "Rain Man" and a modified Corvette once used by Elvis in "Clambake."

But one car stands alone as the most famous of all -- James Bond's Aston Martin from "Goldfinger."

Don Rose at Sotheby's said, "The car is 1 of 2 cars that appeared on screen. It's the only one still believed in existence."

More than half a century has passed since the car's unique features were first unveiled, like the bullet-proof screen in back.

"It became an icon and it started the whole trend of Bond gadgets in all the future films," Rose said.

Rose sold the car half a dozen years ago for more than $4.5 million.

Today, due to it's intense 'cool factor', the classic car could be worth $9 million or more.
