Multiple homes burn in New Brunswick, New Jersey fire

A fire spread from one home to at least 2 others in New Brunswick on Friday.

NEW BRUNSWICK, New Jersey (WABC) -- A multiple alarm fire that started in one home spread to at least 2 others in New Brunswick on Friday.

The fire broke out shortly after 1:00 p.m. on Delavan Street. It quickly escalated to three alarms.

Firefighters were employing defensive ops to keep the fire from spreading from any other homes.

No word on any injuries.
