Police say a white 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe was traveling southbound on Marcus Garvey Boulevard from Park Avenue.
Three men were crossing the street when one of the occupants of the Hyundai exited the vehicle and fire several shots at them.
Officials say the three men, ages 21, 25 and 34, were all shot. A woman, who was an innocent bystander, was also grazed in the shoulder. She was treated at the scene.
The three male victims were taken to Kings County Hospital, where two are in critical condition and one is stable.
After the gunman fired the shots, they retreated back into the SUV, which drove off.

Police say officers heard the shots and saw the fleeing vehicle and followed the car onto Myrtle Avenue.
The vehicle then made a right turn and struck two vehicles.
A driver struck by the Hyundai spoke to reporter CeFaan Kim before being taken to the hospital.
"They were coming from that way, but there was a lot of traffic on the left side, so they took this way and they hit me," victim Luis Cuan said. "They went running away, and once they hit me they couldn't drive no more, so they got out of the car, and they started running this way. They shot four people, and I was very scared because they ran in front of my car and I thought they would shoot me too -- I blocked them."
Four suspects in the vehicle then fled on foot.

Police were able to apprehend three of the suspects and took them into custody.
One suspect remains outstanding.
It's not clear what led up to the shooting, but officials say that it's a strong possibility that the shooting was gang-related.
The gun has not been recovered.
The shooting left residents in the neighborhood in shock.
"Be careful because you could be walking and you don't know what can happen to you," said NYPD Clergy Liaison Ismael Claudio. "It really breaks out heart. If you are not feeling what's happening in our community, then you must not be human."
An investigation is underway.
