Police have taken Felipe Rodriguez, 28, into custody.

Rodriguez is accused of trying to snatch the girl while she was at a food truck with her mother last month near the northern edge of Bushwick.
There was a struggle, which ended with the woman grabbing her daughter back from the man.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
