On Saturday, police arrested Anthony Gomez, 32, and charged him with attempted murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

That's when the suspect, who was wearing a gray hoodie, fled the scene.

Witnesses say the suspect was later seen jumping from rooftop to rooftop, according to police sources.
