Mitzi from Langhorne is no stranger to comedy. She dresses up as a clown at two local hospitals and is famous for her magic tricks and pranks.
Her son, Steve, was apparently very torn about pulling a fast one on her and you can see the struggle on his face as he wonders if he should be funny OR be a good son.
The family says this is payback for years of her practical joking. She apparently thought it was a hoot.
