Police: Serial burglar hitting up private schools in Queens

QUEENS, New York (WABC) -- Police are searching for a serial burglar in Queens hitting up private schools.

Investigators believe the man is responsible for breaking into nearly half a dozen schools from November to April.

The suspect has been getting away with everything from laptops to computer accessories to hundreds in cash from soda machines.

Anyone with information is urged to call police.
