The twelve people, six men and six women, were taken into custody on Thursday allegedly blocking the entrance to 350 Fifth Avenue and refusing to move. They were issued summonses for disorderly conduct and released.
They were among the roughly 80 Starbucks workers' union members protesting just after 1 p.m.
The walkout began on Red Cup Day on Nov. 13 and is now set to be the longest strike in Starbucks' history.
Workers were expected to continue their strike on Friday.
