LOWER MANHATTAN (WABC) -- Architect Santiago Calatrava's Oculus, the centerpiece of the World Trade Center transit hub, opened to the public this month to mixed reviews, but no one can disagree that it is a site to behold. For those who can't make it in person, check out the 360 video below.
