HAWAII (WABC) -- New technology helped a little boy in Hawaii overcome a disability.
3-year-old Rayden Kahae was born without fingers on his right hand. Kahae's family could not afford a traditional prosthetic hand, which can cost up to $40,000.
The boy's grandmother heard about a company that uses 3D printing technology to create mechanical hands that cost only $50.
Last week, Kahae got his new hand in the mail. The family says Kahae has quickly learned how to operate the device, and was excited to show everyone at school his new "Iron-Man" hand.
