"It's just been fast. You don't even have time to enjoy it. It just went by like that," said a visitor.
"I'm going to have to suffer soon, going back to school. But I'm just trying to make the best of it right now," Eric Morillo said.
Labor Day Weekend is about family members and about family businesses.
"Every year right before school starts, we have a tradition about going back to Coney Island and riding all the rides, having some great fun and getting some great food. So it's a tradition we've had for like 10, 12 years now," Bradley Benn said.
"I think at least when I grow up I'm gonna be very appreciative for coming out here every weekend with my dad and just having some fun with him," his son Justin said.
At Williams Candy Shop, they expect to sell 500 candy apples per day this weekend and 200-300 ice cream cones and cotton candy.
And next door at Pete's Clam Shop, they said it's been a solid summer.
"The weather was good on the holidays. Last year we lost Fourth of July. It rained. The year before on the Fourth of July it rained. But we hit Fourth of July but then it got too hot. And when it gets too hot it's not good. People don't eat. They mostly like to drink," owner Pete Agrapides said.
