2 injured after car crashes into building in River Edge, New Jersey

RIVER EDGE, New Jersey (WABC) -- A car crashed into a building and caught fire in River Edge, New Jersey.

The car careened off Kinderkamack Road just after 3 a.m. on Wednesday, according to police.

Two people were injured in the burning car.

Three residents of the building's second floor were evacuated.

Kinderkamack Road is closed in the area and NJ Transit bus route 165 is detoured.
